Stamp duty, Registration charges at actual calculation.
Booking is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of booking.
Cancellation of booking after 03days will result in forfeiture of 20% of booking amount.
Cancellation after 15 days of booking date will result in forfeiture of 50% of booking amount.
Transfer fees of Rs. 50/- per sq.ft. will be applicable in case of sale/transfer of an apartment by the customer before possession/ declaration whichever is later.
Layout is subject to change based on changes in govt./PMC norms.
Efforts will be made to allot choice of parking, since allocation is strictly on a first come first serve basis.
